Industry follows a group of hungry, young graduates competing for a limited number of permanent positions at Pierpoint & Co., a leading bank in London, while being thrown head-first into the exhilarating world of international finance.
I wasn’t quite sure what I had stumbled upon when I first discovered Industry amidst my other options listed on my Hulu dashboard. Paired with the likes of other HBO shows including The Sopranos and Succession, I was inclined to follow the recommendation. The initial image featured on the Industry Hulu tile does not divulge a lot of information with Myha’la Herrold (Harper Stern) sitting in front of several other cast members.
If you find yourself investing your well earned free time into watching Industry, which I highly recommend you do, you will have the opportunity to swiftly cruise through one completed season of Industry while the second season continues to follow a weekly release schedule, starting on August 1, 2022.
The second season of Industry is being released weekly starting on August 1, 2022 but no fear, you can quench your thirst for banking drama by swiftly watching the first season which includes 9 episodes.

Industry sets itself apart by not shying away from intense action rooted in investment realism. The show floor explodes with energy and drama in every episode, leaking out into their everyday lives since work consumes almost every single individual in this show.
Betrayals, deals, and back-stabbing all take center stage as the characters each fight their way to the top of the capitalism totem pole. We now live in a time where we are overwhelmed with television shows. All sorts of streaming services and options flood the market with sub-par shows that couldn’t consume an ounce of your attention. Industry thrives when their likeable and unlikable characters collide. Their interwoven relationships are interesting and they develop in ways that are believable yet intriguing. The cherry on top is the soundtrack. Whoever is designing the audio experience for this show is doing a top-notch job with enthralling and modern “investment-esque” tracks fill each episode. If you don’t have anything else to watch tonight and are looking for a little bit of investment drama, I highly recommend Industry.
